I ntroduction:

The  Rolling Thin Film Oven is designed and made as per:
T0610 "Asphalt Rolling Thin Film Heating Test" in the Industry Standard JTJ052 Specification and Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixture for Highway Engineering. 
ASTM D2872 "Test Methods for Effect of Heat and Air on a Moving Film of Asphalt (Rolling Thin-Film Oven Test)".
Rolling Thin Film Oven is suitable to determine  mass loss of petroleum  asphalt thin film  after been  heated. 
Rolling Thin Film Oven  can also be used to determine performance changes of penetration, viscosity, ductility, and breaking point of asphalt residue after the thin film has been heated to evaluate anti-aging performance of asphalt
 

F eatures:

1. The Rolling Thin Film Oven  is composed of electric control component, working oven and mechanical drive. An illuminating light is equipped in the oven for convenient observation. 
2. There is an air compressor in the oven to supply the air needed for the test. The air can be controlled by a flowmeter on the panel. 
3. Th e  Rolling Thin Film Oven adopts high precise temperature controller which can meet test requirements.
