3). Acrylic Coating

The granules of some stone coated steel roof tile which is manufactured by other brands will not last for a longer time and begin to drop gradually due to the technology of tranditional acrylic glue. And the surface will be uneven color.

We improve the technology and use acrylic resin glue which could aviod the problem very well

Q: Are you a trading company or factory?
A: We're factory. We manufacture products ourselves.

Q: What is the payment terms?
A: 30% as deposit by T/T, 70% should be paid before loading. Other terms is also negotiable.

A: FOB, EXW, CFR, CIF and so on.

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the courier cost.

Q: How do the granules stay bonded to the steel?
A: Specially graded 'non-oiled' natural granite stone chips, produced by CL Rock company are used for all San-gobuild stone coated roof tile. The granules are embedded in a UV resistant acrylic polymer for a lasting bond to the steel substrate.

Q: Are metal roofs noisy?
A: The combination of dead-air space and the stone coating minimize outside sounds. 

Q: Is a metal roof dangerous in weather with lightning?
A: No, metal roofing is both an electrical conductor, and a noncombustible material.

A: Generally as belows: 
1. inside with fluting cardboard; 
2. outside with PE film wrapped ; 
3. 500-700 sheets per pallet; 
4. 8000-9000 sheets to a 20GP.
