What Makes Us Different From Others?

1. Galvalume = Aluminum Zinc.  Galvanized = Only Zinc. 

Aluminum will be oxidized after in touch with air. Oxidized aluminum is a very tight protective layer to slow further rust.
In places like Accra, Freetown, Maldives, Dominic, Zanzibar, and city with a coach, we strongly suggest them to use 0.45mm with high aluminum-zinc contents to let the sheet has good performance of rust-proof. 

Kindly check the difference between Alu-zinc Steel and Zinc steel. 



2. Stone Chips

Sangobuild stone coated roof tile are covered with CARLAC(CL) natural stone chips which be taken from quarries in French.CL granula have excellent performance for UV resistance and anti-aging,fire resistance and break heat conduction.It could guarantee 100% fadeless.

Furthermore,CL stone chip is anti-algae.


3. Pouring Glue

The technology for traditional spray glue will cause the granules drop out and uneven color, we improve the technology to pour glue which could avoid the problem very well. Choose Sangobuild, you don't need to worry about the granules drop out.


4. Professional Base Coating

How to keep the stone granules with sheet? Kindly check attach pictures: 

Bad base coating will have problems whem you bend flat sheet to ridges, valleys, evaes and others accessories which with big angle.	Great Base coting stick up Aluminum sheet very well, no matter what angle you bend them, they have no crack.
