4.Character: Colorless transparent crystal.The relative density is 1.803 and melting point is 190 centigrade. It is easily soluble in water and slightly soluble in alcohol, insoluble in acetone.It is stability in the air, and decomposes only a little at 100 centigrade. It loses ammonia and water, and becomes ammonium metaphosphate and phosphoric acid exceeding 190 centigrade. Water solution is acid .(pH of 1% water solution is 4.5.)
5. Usage: For food grade, it is mainly used as ferment agent, nourishment, and so on.
6. Packing: It is packed with plastic bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
7. Storage and Transport:
It should be stored in a dry and ventilating warehouse. Away from moisture, protect the material from the sun and rain during transportation. Carefully load and unload in case of crash. Apart from the poisonous substances.
