I ndication :
It is suitable for acute tonsillitis, angina, otitis media, sinusitis, bronchitis, pneumonia and other respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections and skin and soft tissue infections caused by sensitive bacteria. Usage and dosage : Adult dose: oral, 250 ~ 500mg once, 4 times a day, and the maximum dose is 4G a day. Patients with renal dysfunction should reduce medication according to the degree of renal dysfunction. 500mg every 12 hours in patients with simple cystitis, skin and soft tissue infection and streptococcal angina.
Children's dose: oral, 25 ~ 50mg / kg per day, 4 times a day. Patients with skin and soft tissue infection and streptococcal angina, 12.5 ~ 50mg / kg once, twice a day.

Adverse reactions
1. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal discomfort are more common.
2. Skin rash, drug fever and other allergic reactions.
3. Dizziness, diplopia, tinnitus, convulsions and other nervous system reactions.
4. Transient renal damage may occur occasionally during the application of this product.
5. Occasionally, patients had elevated serum aminotransferase and positive Coombs test. Hemolytic anemia is rare, neutropenia and pseudomembranous colitis have also been reported.

1. Before using this product, the patient's allergic history to cephalosporins, penicillins and other drugs must be inquired in detail. Those with a history of allergic shock of penicillins cannot use this product. When other patients use this product, they must pay attention to that the chance of cross allergic reaction between cephalosporins and penicillins is about 5% ~ 7%, which should be used with caution under close observation. In case of allergic reaction, stop the drug immediately. In case of anaphylactic shock, immediate on-site rescue shall be carried out, including measures such as keeping airway unobstructed, oxygen inhalation, application of adrenaline and glucocorticoid.
2. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, especially ulcerative colitis, localized colitis or antibiotic related colitis (cephalosporins rarely produce pseudomembranous enteritis) and renal dysfunction, should use this product with caution.
3. Interference to diagnosis: direct Coombs test positive reaction and urine sugar false positive reaction (copper sulfate method) can occur when using this product; Alkaline phosphatase, serum alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase were elevated in a few patients.
4. When the daily oral dose exceeds 4G (anhydrous cephalexin), cephalosporins for injection should be considered.
5. Cephalexin is mainly excreted through the kidney, and it must be reduced in patients with renal dysfunction.

Medication for pregnant and lactating women :
This product passes through the placenta, so pregnant women should use it with caution; This product can also be excreted through milk. Although there is no report of problems in the application of cephalosporins in lactating women, it must still be applied after weighing the advantages and disadvantages.
