Product Description

Coal-gas producer is a kind of equipment which can convert coal into coal-gas(main contents: CO,H 2 ,CH 4  ).Working theory: Select qualified coal and put them into the stove, from bottom of stove blowing in self-produced steam and air mixed gas as gas agent.

The coal inside the stove after physical reaction and chemical reaction form into inflammable gas, upper stage coal-gas after the cyclone oil remover and electric tar precipitator to filter the tar; lower stage coal-gas after cyclone dust extractor to remove the dust.After mixing upper and lower stage coal-gas, it is conveyed to the furnace for using purpose.
 


Main production equipment and performance :

1 . Coal-gas producer stove :
Two-stage type coal-gas stove add one dry distillation stage on basis of single stage stove, and inside the dry distillation stove build Refractory brick masonry walls. Stove body and jacket shell material welded by boiler steel plates, the coal charging system adopt hydraulic twin channel charging, easy to maintain and repair.  The deslaging method is wet slag out method, greatly reduced dust pollution, and also can avoid vibration force on the stove bottom.
 
Two-stage coal gas stove character: after gasifying the coal is made into upper and lower two stage gas, upper stage gas temperature is low, tar content larger, heat calorific value abut1700kcal/Nm3, gas output is 40%. The lower stage gas temperature is high, dust content is high, heat calorific value is lower1450kcal/Nm3  , gas output is 60% . After mixed the heat calorific value is higher than 1500kcal/Nm3 , can meet request of customers .
 
Two stage coal gas producer stove is semi-jacket continuous production structure. Self made steam pressure is 0.3Mpa , output is 350kg/h , can meet request of Saturation temperature regulation and Fire hole drilling using .

2 . cyclone dust extractor :

Connected with lower stage coal gas outlet, is is used to remove the dust among the coal gas, avoid the dust jam the equipment and channels, anti-dust efficiency is above 75% .
 

3 . Electric tar precipitator :

Electric tar precipitator is a special equipment which is used to remove the tar among the coal gas, efficiency is higher than 95% .
 
4 . Isolation water seal  :

Replace gate valve to control the coal gas ON/OFF switching , sealing effect is good and easy to operate.
