KX series biomass gasification furnace equipment working theory: It adopt downdraft fluid bed technique, to change all kinds of biomass material into inflammable gas, this gas after de-dusting , cooling , removing tar etc process to get high quality syngas, this gas is supplied to the special gas generator, so that we can get high quality electricity. Our third generation gasification plant has advantage of compact structure, high burning efficiency, environment friendly, easy to operate and maintain etc characters, can turn waste material into new energy, gas output can be from 10M3/hour up to 10000M3/hour, and matched generator can be from 30Kw up to 5MW.

Biomass material:       

  All potential biomass material all available as long as they can meet request: ( 1 ) Material moisture < 20% ,( 2 ) Material size <3 0mm . For other material which not comply with request, you can have further processing like breaking, drying, crushing, pelletizing etc.

  1. Technical process
  Gasification plant equipment consisted of furnace system, de-dusting machine, temperature reducing machine, tar purifier machine, Centrifuge separator, Roots blowing fan, Flow divider, single way valve, recycling water pump, control cabinet etc.

Furnace body consisted of furnace body, bucket material feeding system, spiral ash remover, ash bucket, Pneumatic butterfly valve etc. The furnace adopt mechanical ash removing device and with material feeding system to combine one set continuous working system, it will add material in fix time, and remove ash in fix time, thus to produce gas in continuous process.
De-dusting machine adopt 4 sets cyclone dust remover series connection, to clean the gas and remove the ash from gas.
