1. SF-5030LG adopts advance bottom circulation air technology, full use of heat to arise energy efficiency. Adjustable blowing direction and volume from bottom side to get a uniform shrinking appearance on the top and bottom of product.
2. Visible window shows shrink process inside tunnel, the top of tunnel can be opened for easy clear and maintenance;
3. The heating elements are stainless steel which has a long life span and high energy efficiency;
4. The use of French inverter controls transmission speed which has the function of infinitive speed;
5. Imported insulation curtain greatly reduces the heat loss;
6. The shrink temperature, conveyor speed and air volume are adjustable;
7. The conveyor uses new types of rollers covered with durable imported fiber tubes which have the functions of anti-high temperature, wear resistance, non-film damage, non-deforming and long terms using;  This machine applies to use POF, PVC, PET shrink film

Q1: How long is your warranty? What does your warranty include?
A1: One year. Within one year, we will replace the spare parts which are non-man made damage except the wearing parts. After the guarantee, we will offer the spare parts at EXW price and we will supply lifelong consulting services.

Q2: What is the temperature can be set in the shrink tunnel? Will the high temperature in the oven damage the package?
A2: It is 0-300 ºC.  No, b ecause   the  packages go through the shrink tunnel quickly, and we detected the temperature of the film surface. It is about 38-45ºC. Our machines are widely used for packing ice cream, chocolate, vegetables, aerosol cans and frozen products which requires a low temperature.

Q3: Do you have any Quality Certification for your machines?
A3: Yes. We can provide the CE, SGS, ISO ,  UL or CSA approved machines.

Q4: Is it easy to operate of your machine?
A4: Yes.  Under the condition of ensuring safe transportation, we will not disassemble the machine very much, so that it can be easier to install and debug after you receive our equipment. Meanwhile we have detailed and professional manual and operation videos in English, so that it will be easy to install and use the machine.

Q5:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A5: We have well-trained and professional workers and strict QC system in each production line. And each product has to be 100% inspected before shipment.

Q6: What's your delivery time?
