Product Name Post-formed HPL faced table top/countertop/work top

Thickness Tolerance +/-0.5mm
Face/Back Face is laminated with HPL (high pressure laminate board), back can be laminated with melamine paper or HPL.
Surface Treatment Matt, textured or glossy
HPL Color Solid color (such as white, red, blue, orange, green, ect .) & wood grain (such as beech, cherry, walnut, teak, oak, maple, sapele, ect.) & marble grain. More than 300 kinds color are available.
HPL Thickness 0.5~1mm
Base Board Plain MDF, plain particle board, block board or plywood (both side well sanded)
Glue E0, E1 or E2
Grade A grade or as clients requirement

Edge Designs  
Right angle, bullnose, half bullnose, bevel, double belvel, bevel bullnose, radious or double radious designs. At the four sides of the countertop, it could be treated as:
 
A: One side (front side) is post-formed, the rest three sides are PVC edge banding bonded.
 
B: Two sides (front and its opposite side) are post-formed, the rest two sides are PVC edge banding bonded.
C: Four sides are PVC edge banding bonded.
Performance With good properties, such as, acid & alkali resistant, heat resistant, easy fabricability, anti-static, easy cleaning, long-lasting and no seasonal effect.
