This croissant production line consists of a dough sheeter , a dough sheet cutter and a croissant rolling machine .

Dough Sheeter
Used for reciprocating thinning of dough, or adding oil to make pastry. The PLC control screen can set multiple groups of recipes, and can control the thinning manually or automatically according to the set program. It equipped with an adjustable automatic flour sprinkler, which is controlled by the program to sprinkle flour on demand. And t here is a rack platform under the conveyor for easy cleaning and maintenance.
 
Dough Sheet Cutter
The dough cutting machine is a reciprocating type. Thin dough sheets can be cut into specific shapes and sizes by means of a cutter that reciprocates up and down. During the cutting process, the conveyor belt is automatically started and stopped, and the running speed can be adjusted. Different shapes and sizes of dough can be cut by changing the cutter. Both the upper and lower cutters and the longitudinal cutter can be quickly replaced. Therefore, this machine is also suitable for the production of other types of bread and pastry.
This machine has certain requirements for the viscosity and thickness of the dough. The dough should not be too sticky and soft, and the thickness of the dough is generally about 2-20mm. The minimum cutting size of the dough should not exceed 2 times the thickness of the dough and not be less than 20MM. If it exceeds this range, it needs to be customized.
 
Croissant Rolling Machine
All part of the croissant rolling machine is made by 304 stainless steel. Equipped with a roller gap adjustment mechanism, which can adapt to 2--8MM dough sheets of different thickness (the rolling effect is related to the hardness of the dough sheets). Besides it can also control the appearance length and diameter of the rolling croissant s and adjust the rolling tightness. The dough can be filled manually before rolling. The type and weight of filling should be communicated with us before purchasing.

Usually we ship by sea to save customers' budget. We can also ship by air and express if the customer needs urgent and can afford higher shipping costs (smaller size machines only).

1. If you choose "Shipping by sea", we will help you arrange shipping by sea and deliver to your nearest sea port!
2. If shipping by sea, our offer is based on the CNF business terms! That means after arriving at destination seaport, buyers must pay the destination port fees (such as terminal handling fees, document fees, storage fees, ect), tax to do the customs clearance and pick up the goods themselves.
3. If shipping by sea, there is no tracking number, but it have the waybill number (waybill is issued by shipping company, it is the shipping proof)
4. When shipping by sea, it takes around 10 ~ 60 days to arrive to different country with different delivery time. If you want to know the exact time, please contact us.
5. If you choose shipping by sea, but your country are within, it has to be transship during the transportation, sometimes, it have to do the customs clearance at the transship seaport.
6. We are not responsible for carrier transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and bank holidays. Note that delivery times may vary,particularly during peak periods or inclimate weather conditions.
