Product overview :
It is a new generation of terpolymer softener, with siloxane, multi-alkyl and polyether. It ' s a ideal substitute for normal amino silicone oil due to the better  stability  and re-dyeing performance .

Performance and application:
Features:
 1.  N o floating oil  or silicone spot , no  stick y roller ;
 2.  A cid /  alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, and high shear resistance;  
 3. Few  yellowing;
 4. Make fabrics  bulky, soft, smooth and natural;
 5. Good cost performance.

Range of application:       
    Apply to  chemical fiber fabrics as polyester and brocade, also make natural fiber fabrics as cotton and wool  with good hand feel . It could make the fabrics with  ultra- floppy and smooth, as well as a certain resilience and oily feeling .

H ow to use :      
  Dilution :
 Firstly, put the product into tank, add water gradually while  stirring until to the required density; then add  in 3% of the silicone amount glacial acetic acid.
  Dosage :( C alculating by content 30%)
  1)  Padding process:
Dosage :20-50g/L,pre-baking at 120ºC  and sizing at   150-180ºC  for 50seconds.
  2) Dipping process:
Dosage :2-5%(o.w.f),at the temperature of 30-50ºC,for 20-30 minutes,dehydrate,baking at 100ºC

Packaging and stor e:       
Packed  in a 50kg or 125kg drum , avoid exposure and freeze. Keep it  sealed in cool and dry place .
S helf life is six months at the room temperature.
