Mooney viscometer

I Description 1.It adopts embedded system control, which includes: mainframe, temperature measurement, temperature control, data acquisition and processing, sensors and electrical interlocking etc..
2.Temperature measurement and control circuit is composed of temperature controller, platinum resistance, and heater. The temperature measurement system using platinum resistance temperature sensor. The temperature conversion relationship is the PT-TYPE conversion function of the IEC751 international standard.
3.Can automatically track changes in the power grid and ambient temperature, modify PID parameters to achieve rapid and accurate temperature control. Data acquisition system and electromechanical chain can automatically detect the torque signal of rubber vulcanization process, display temperature and set value in real time. After vulcanization, automatically process, calculate, print Mooney curve and process parameters, display Mooney moment.
