This product is a new generation of block silicone oil. It is a ternary block copolymer of siloxane, polyalkane and polyether, which overcomes the disadvantages of poor stability and non-recoloring of ordinary amino silicone oil, and is an upgraded product of ordinary silicone oil.

Scope of application:
This product is suitable for polyester, brocade, acrylic, clear and other chemical fiber fabrics, and also has a good feel for natural fiber fabrics such as cotton and wool. Its characteristics are that it has a very good softness and has a relatively good oily feel.

Instructions:      
Dilution method
First add this product to the kettle, first add 3% glacial acetic acid of silicone oil, slowly add water while stirring, and dilute to the desired concentration.
2. Usage and dosage: (calculated by 30% content)
Padding process:
Dosage: 20-50g/L, pre-baking at 120°C, setting at 150-180°C, 50 seconds
Dipping process:
Dosage: 2-5% (o.w.f), temperature 30-50°C, time 20-30 minutes, dehydration, drying at 100°C

Packaging and storage:
50kg or 125kg plastic bucket, protected from exposure to sunlight and freezing, placed in a cool and dry place, sealed and stored; the shelf life is 6 months at room temperature.
