POE-g-MAH Series are MAH functionalized polyolefin elastomers, mainly used in PA modification. Poe-g-mah and nylon have good reactivity, can be evenly dispersed in nylon, forming an island structure, play the role of increasing toughness, and its low glass transition temperature, nylon also has a good performance on ultra-low temperature increasing temperature.

Typical application
  1. Used for nylon. Processing, reduce water absorption.
  2. Used for Used as compatibilizer for nylon, polypropylene and polyethylene mixed alloy.
  3. UeseUsed for PA6/PA66 compatibility, toughening, etc.  Improve the impact resistance of d for nylon macromolecular modifier (coupling agent) for mineral and glass fiber filling.

Features:   This product is ethylene elastomer with functionalized MAH, which is especially suitable for super-tough or cold-resistant nylon.

Suggested dose: The dose (5-25%) may be increased or decreased properly according to the toughness requirements and by taking the cost into consideration.3-10% shall be adopted for PA6/PA66 reinforcing and toughening, while 5% shall be adopted for the compatibilizer of nylon and polypropylene/polyethylene alloy.

Packaging, storage and transportation:   20kg kraft bag with internal plastic bag. This product shall be treated as non-hazardous article and be stored or transported under dry conditions, and sunlight and rain shall be avoided.

Chemical description: Nonionic surfactant complexes
Characteristics: Appearance, 25ºC: Light yellow or off-white powder or pellets.
Solubility: Insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, chemistry and other organic solvents.
Application: POE-g-MAH W1  is an internal antistatic agent widely used to polyolefin plastics such as PE, PP containers, drums (bags ) , ( boxes), polypropylene spinning, non-woven fabrics. This product has good heat resistance, anti-static effect durable and
efficient.
  POE-g-MAH W1  can be added into plastic products directly, and can also be prepared to antistatic masterbatch to combine with blank
resin can get a better effect and homogeneity.
