Product overview:
It is a new generation of terpolymer softener, with siloxane, multi-alkyl and polyther as its block copolymer. It has better soft, smooth and elastic feel than normal modified organic silicone softener, especially for cotton fabrics.

Performance and application:
Features:
1. No floating oil, no sticky roller or silicon spot;
2. Acid&alkali resistance, high   temperature and high shear resistance;  
3. No yellowing;
4. Extend elastic, soft, smooth hand feel and make fabrics hydrophilic;

Range of application     
Apply to cotton, T/C and various chemical fiber.

Applying Methods:
Dilution method:
Add water to dilute to certain content.
Dosage(Calculate as 30% content)
1)Padding process
20-50g/L, 120 ºC pre-baking, sizing 150-180ºC, 50 sec.
2)Dipping process
2-5%(o.w.f), 30-50ºC, 20-30 min, dry at 100ºC

Packaging and storing:
160KG/Drum
A nti-exposure and anti-refrigeration in a cool and dry place, sealed, with a shelf life for six months at the room temperature.
