Drilling Mud Chemical Partially Hydrolyzed Anion Polyacrylamide PHPA

Polyacrylamide is simply called PAM, a water- soluble high polymer and widely used in petroleum, paper-making,

metallurgical, textile, chemical and environment protection fields. There are three categories of anionic, cationic and

non-ionic type.
 

 

1.Oil Drilling Grade PHPA/PAM
In drilling fluid additives, polyacrylamide is used as the drilling mud property adjusting agent whose function is to adjust rheological characteristic of drilling fluid, to carry rock fragments and tolubricate the drilling bit. Besides,it can greatly reduce sticking accidents, lighten equipment wear and tear and help regulate the hole diameter to avoid lost circulation and collapses.

2. Water Treatment Grade PAM
As a flocculating agent, mainly used in industrial solid-liquid separation process, including settlement, clarification, concentrate and sludge dewatering processes. The main applications sectors are: urban sewage treatment, paper making, food processing, petrochemical, metallurgical, miner dressing, dyeing,sugar making and all kinds of industrial wastewater treatment.

3.Coal Washing Special Pam

4. Paper Making Grade PAM
Polyacrylamide is a type of new and highefficient papermaking additives integrated with both retention and filtration aid; it can significantly improve the retention of short fiber and filler, as well as starch, sizing agent and other wet chemicals. Besides, It can also improve singlepass retention of paper stock on the net, drainage rate, and performance, prolong the lifetime of blankets and nets, reduce steam consumption, increase paper machine speed and output.

5. Building Materials Grade PAM
Polyacrylamide is used in putty powder,Water retention function to avoid cracking of the wall.There is also lubrication, construction is more time-saving and labor-saving
