It can be seen from the above table that adding 5% CS-1, the tensile strength, elongation at break, flexural strength and impact strength of the PPO/PA66/GF system are significantly improved, and the flexural modulus has little effect.

It can be seen from the above table that the addition of 5% CS-1 increases the tensile strength, elongation at break and impact strength of the alloy system significantly, but has little effect on the flexural strength and flexural modulus.

It can be seen from Figure 1 that the PPO phase of the alloy system without compatibilizer is large in size and irregular in size, showing a typical dual-continuous phase structure.
Add 5%  CS-1, the size of the dispersed phase is obviously reduced, and it is a regular spherical shape with uniform distribution.

Recommended dosage

3-8%, which can be increased or decreased in moderation according to the actual application, taking into account the cost.

Packaging and Storage

25KG kraft paper bag lined with plastic bag, as non-dangerous goods, avoid sunlight and rain.
