Metal fiber sintered felt(also named stainless steel fiber sintering medium) is made of metal fiber in micrometer through webbing, lapping and high temperature sintering.

Metal fiber sintered felt has pore grades formed by layers of different pore size that can achieve higher filtering accuracy and larger dirt holding capacity than single layer media, and can maintain the filter function of filter cloth, it has excellent structure with three dimensional network, porous structure, high porosity, large surface area.

Metal fiber sintered felt has uniform pore size, high permeability and strong mechanical strength.
Therefore metal fiber sintered felt effectively overcomes the defects such as metal mesh easy to plugging and damage,the powder filter product is fragile and small flow rateit is not only resistant to corrosion and high temperature, but also can be welded, folded and reused.

HSC series is characterised by very high porosity and extremely high Dirt Holding Capacity. 
 It is pleatable and has a multilayer structure. 
 The medium is suitable for use in lower pressure applications, for example monomer filtration  in polymer processing.

The porous body of the Ni-Cr-Al alloy has a three-dimensional network structure.
