5 . Character:    It's colorless prismatic or needle-shaped crystal, odorless, tastes cool, salty and bitter. It is easily soluble in water (119.8%,   20ºC) and glycerine ,   slightly soluble in ethanol. The aqueous    solution is neutral.

Magnesium Sulphate Heptahydrate   In food industry :
it is used as nutritional supplement, solidification, the flavor increase ,   process helper ,   brew additive. The biggest usage in minerals drinks, 0.05 g/kg.In liquid and beverage, the usage of 1.4 ~ 2.8 g/kg
