Product Description

Super hardness abrasion resistance wearing plate used SAW flux

GJ-SJ112 is sintered welding flux be wildly used in the hardfacing and abrasion resistant welding together with suitable wires. It is fluoride alkaline type sintered flux, light gray or beige balling granule, mesh 10-60, basicity 2.8. It is made by silicates, carbonates, fluorides, metal oxides, iron alloy powder through being into a ball, baking and high temperature sintering process. Its performance could replace the US Lincoln Electric 802 neutral flux. 

The welding slag can be detached easily under high temperature, deposit metal has great properties of wear resistance and anti-corrosion.
