The working principle :
Spindle bearings on both sides of main shaft, through motor and reduc tion gear, rotary main shaft   drive s  the spiral arrangement  blades , make the blades on two shafts are  meshing together , to tear, raw materials, and repeating this move to finished shredding. electronic control parts  has a Reverse automatic control devices , when overfeeding or raw materi al  is too big, Machine will inverted   running  and stop, avoid damage of blades or motor .   To improve the service life and cutting ability, the main shaft through conditioning processing, and use high quality imported blades.

   high hardness, good wear resistance , more choices.
4 .   T he main shaft after heat treatment, increase the rated torque.
5 . S plit type bearing technology   design, can quickly and efficiently to replace bearings, blade.
6 . S piral arrangement  blades , increase the service life of the equipment.
