Application :

Power Transformer Hot Air Curing Oven are used for curing Transformer. Electric Motor Stator etc products. This kind of oven is generally used for heating and curing heavy workpieces. The load capacity of the flat car is large, and it can reach 25-30 tons. The flat car can be designed based on customers workpieces.

Structure 1.The hot air ovens adopt both sides air duct out of the wind, horizontal cyclic heating. Heating elements are installed in the air ducts of both sides of the oven, motors are installed on the top of the oven, door buckles are fixed by buckle handle.
2.Internal oven with 2 groove channel, .It is very easy to push in or out the trolley.
Material Interior material is adopted SUS304 stainless steel plate, Exterior material is made of A3 cold-pressed carbon steel plate with fine powder coating treatment.

Features:
1.This oven used SCR silicon controlled.
The SCR controls heating power output ratio, Save energy and electricity.
2. Time setting device
HS48S-99.99 Timing device, manual/automatic switch, When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the timing will start. When the time reaches the set range, the heating power will be cut off automatically. but the blower motor does not stop rotating to help the cooling inside of the oven.
